Das Museum Stiftelsen Lillehammer plant in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadtverwaltung Lillehammer den Bau einer neuen Kunsthalle beim Kunstmuseum Lillehammer. Die neue Kunsthalle soll unterirdisch am Stortorget in Lillehammer neben dem bestehenden Kunstmuseum errichtet werden. Der Auftraggeber fordert daher qualifizierte Architekturbüros auf, sich für einen Planungs- und Gestaltungswettbewerb zu bewerben. Der Wettbewerb wird in zwei Teilen durchgeführt: Zunächst eine offene Präqualifikation und Auswahl, gefolgt von einem beschränkten Planungs- und Realisierungswettbewerb.
Stiftelsen Lillehammer museum is planning, in cooperation with Lillehammer Municipality, to construct a new art hall by Lillehammer Art Museum. The new art hall will be located below ground at Stortorget in Lillehammer next to the existing art museum. The contracting authority thus invites qualified architect offices to apply for prequalification for a planning and design contest. The contest will be held in two parts: First an open prequalification and selection, followed by a restricted planning and design contest.
