Schwimmende Häuser gibt es schon seit sehr fernen Zeiten, sie ähneln eher einem Boot als einem Ort der Meditation und Kontemplation.

In Städten mit einer großen Anzahl von Grachten wie Amsterdam waren sie wegen ihrer geringen Kosten und ihrer hervorragenden Lage sehr gefragt, aber sie waren eher mit Wohnungen auf niedrigem Niveau verbunden.

Gegenwärtig sind Stelzenhäuser oder schwimmende Häuser aufgrund ihres maritimen Kontextes, des ruhigen Wassers und der niedrigen Wellen zu Räumen von hohem touristischem Luxus geworden, vor allem in Gebieten des Nahen Ostens oder auf Inseln des Kontinents Ozeanien. Gegenwärtig versucht Lateinamerika, diese postmoderne orientalische Kultur mitzubringen und seinen hochklassigen Tourismus zu steigern, indem es seine Strände nutzt, vor allem im karibischen Raum.

Es wird ein schwimmender Haus-Prototyp (FLOATING HOUSE) konzipiert, der als unabhängiges Element fungiert und der dank seiner Form zu einem Set von 10 Einheiten geformt werden kann, die die natürliche Umgebung aufwerten.

Das FLOATING HOUSE, als unabhängiges Element und zusammen, wird als touristische Unterkunftsvillen funktionieren und kann Teil eines Komplexes auf dem Land sein, der die Dienstleistungen ergänzt (die nicht abgeschirmt werden).

Für die Konzeption des Prototyps ist es wesentlich, die Besonderheit des Ortes zu verstehen und die vorhandene Natur so weit wie möglich zu respektieren. Aus diesen Gründen soll sich das Design in den Kontext integrieren und von geringer Wirkung sein. Alle architektonischen Elemente müssen in eine nachhaltige Umgebung eingebettet sein.

Floating houses have existed since very distant times, more similar to a boat than to places of meditation and contemplation.

In cities with a large number of canals like Amsterdam, they were in high demand for their low cost and excellent location, but they were more related to low-level housing.

At present, stilt houses or floating houses have become spaces of high tourist luxury, mainly in areas of the Middle East or islands of the continent of Oceania, due to their maritime context, calm waters and low waves. Currently, Latin America is trying to bring that post-modern oriental culture and increase its high-status tourism, taking advantage of its beaches, mainly in the Caribbean area.

A floating house prototype (FLOATING HOUSE) will be conceptualized, which functions as an independent element and that, thanks to its shape, can be formed into a set of 10 units, adding value to the natural environment.

The FLOATING HOUSE, as an independent element and together, will function as tourist accommodation villas and may be part of a complex on land that complements the services (which will not be screened).

For the conception of the prototype it is essential to understand how special the place is and to respect the existing nature as much as possible. For these reasons, its design is intended to be integrated into the context and be of low impact. All architectural elements must be framed in a sustainable environment.
