Wettbewerbsaufgabe
The Terminal project consists of the design and construction of a new terminal building. The size of the terminal is approx. 100 000 m2 and will have a capacity of approx. 14 000 000 passengers per year.
With this tender SNBV wishes to find the best-in-class architect-led engineering design team. This design team must be able to fully understand the complexity of the programme to present a design of the terminal where exceptional processes and spaces meet the conscious and unconscious needs of our travellers.
The architect-led, engineering design team to be selected must deliver a design of the new terminal that will exceed everyone‘s expectations, both in the Netherlands and abroad. The main objective that needs to be achieved by the design team is to deliver a full and fully integrated design of the terminal building which harmoniously blends with its surroundings. This full and fully integrated design of the terminal must include: architecture, interior (FF&E), MEP, structure, all building systems, BHS, all IT systems, APM (space allocation), signage and wayfinding, etc. The full design of the terminal (Masterplan design, Preliminary design, Detailed design and Technical design) must to completed in Q1/2019.
