The contest encompasses the planning, implementing, financing, owning and administering of the following objects:
— one concert hall of around 6 700 square metres,
— one conference centre of around 9 000 square metres,
— one hotel with about 200-300 rooms,
— requisite parking facilities.
The contest also includes the design of surrounding public places in the form of park and canal etc.
