Wettbewerbsaufgabe
«Die Erhaltung von Denkmälern wird immer dadurch erleichtert, dass sie für einen gesellschaftlich nützlichen Zweck genutzt werden. Eine solche Nutzung ist daher wünschenswert, darf aber die Gestaltung oder Ausstattung des Gebäudes nicht verändern. Nur innerhalb dieser Grenzen sind Änderungen, die eine Funktionsänderung erfordert, vorzusehen und dürfen zulässig sein.» Charta von Venedig
Erstellen Sie ein adaptives Wiederverwendungsprojekt, das eine funktionale Nutzung bietet, die zur Gebäudetopologie und zum städtischen Kontext passt. Gleichzeitig mit dem Ziel:
— Authentizität bewahren;
— die Rentabilität des Immobilienkomplexes steigern;
— den Immobilienkomplex in einem einzigen Konzept vereinen;
— das Gebiet in den städtischen Kontext integrieren.

Such use is therefore desirable but it must not change the lay-out or decoration of the building. It is within these limits only that modifications demanded by a change of function should be envisaged and may be permitted.» Venice Charter
Create an adaptive reuse project, providing functional use that fits building topology and urban context. At the same time aiming to:
— preserve authenticity;
— increase the profitability of the property complex;
— unite the property complex into a single concept;
— integrate the territory into the urban context.

Eligibility
Participation in the Competition is free. Competition participants do not pay the registration fee. Given the restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic concerning transportation, participants from Ukraine can order the printing of presentation boards from the Organizing Committee. For foreign participants, this option is mandatory to avoid delays in sending competition tablets (presentation boards).
Architects are invited to participate in the competition. To submit a competitive project the author can form a team, being its leader or participant. The team must include an architect, whose qualification certificate (or a relevant for your country document) was added during registration. Students can participate in the competition as part of the team.
